Signature HealthCARE of Chillicothe took the elders out to see the lights and celebrate Christmas at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing.
Fifteen elders and stakeholders went to the mall to look at the lights and decorations of the Tuttle Crossing Mall. The festive music and shopping put everyone in the Christmas Spirit, and then Santa came. We all enjoyed a dinner of our choosing while we listened to the music and watched the children play in the play area near the food court.
After a relaxing dinner, we all gathered onto the bus and headed to the Alum Creek Drive Thru Fantasy of Lights display for a magical trip through the Christmas light wonderland set to music. To finish out the evening, we stopped at Santa’s house, and the Elves treated us to cookies and hot cocoa. It was a magical night for everyone.
“This is the best night of my whole life,” said elder Sharon Recor.
“This is one of those nights I will remember forever,” said Chris Leith, RN, MDS Coordinator. “It was Amazing.”
